Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for store credit ONLY. Due to the nature of our handmade items we cannot process returns as an exchange. Shipping charges will not be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping & insurance cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. Because we accept no liability for items lost or damaged during the return process we highly recommend insuring your return. These pieces are fragile and handmade so please return with care in protective packaging. When necessary, any applicable packaging, shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from your return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All sale & discounted items are final sale. Custom orders are also not eligible for return. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us immediately at cowboycapitalco@gmail.com to request a change or cancellation and we will do our best to accommodate. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% fee.

We must confirm the cancellation fee prior to cancelling your order. We tend to ship very quickly. If we ship your order between the time you request the cancelation and confirm the fee, we will be unable to cancel your order. Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return according to our return policy.
